Gym Fees in Indore (2026): Gold's Gym Bhawarkuan, FITPASS and What a Month Really Costs

Gym fees in Indore: the published numbers in one place

Gym fees in Indore are low by big-city standards, but very few Indore gyms put a price online. On 28 October 2026 we found four kinds of published figure: one chain branch with a full annual price, a second branch of the same chain with a figure that looks wrong, a multi-gym pass with two monthly plans, and a crowd-sourced average from Numbeo. Everything else in the city is priced at the front desk. This table puts the figures side by side, converted to a monthly cost so they can be compared.

Gold gym Indore fees: what the Bhawarkuan branch charges

Gold's Gym runs two Indore branches, Bhawarkuan and Vijay Nagar, and the Bhawarkuan club is the one gym in Indore we found with a clear, believable published price. Its branch page, on the second floor of the Veda Building at Bhawarkuwa Square, lists a single annual plan, broken down like this:

That is about ₹1,180 a month, which sits at the bottom of Numbeo's ₹1,000–5,000 Indore range even though it's a national chain. The page gives Monday to Saturday hours of 6 AM to 10 PM and doesn't list Sunday timings, so ask about Sundays if that's your rest-day workout. The page describes the club only as a general gym with trainers and equipment and doesn't list facilities, so ask whether cardio, lockers and showers are included in the fee.

Why the Vijay Nagar figure needs checking

Gold's Gym Vijay Nagar, in Sector G of Scheme No. 54 behind SICA School, doesn't show a usable price. Its page listed the same annual figure as the Gold's branch page for Raipur, several times the Bhawarkuan price, which looks like a website placeholder, so we haven't printed it. We're not going to guess the true price: call the Vijay Nagar desk, ask for the annual total including GST and enrolment, and get it on WhatsApp or paper before paying.

Gym price in Indore by area: Navlakha, Sudama Nagar, Scheme No. 51

Most gyms in Indore are independent neighbourhood clubs, and that is where the gym price in Indore varies most. FITPASS's Indore gym listing gives a sense of where they cluster. Among the first 18 studios it showed were Fitness Point Health Club, The Gym Hut and Titans Gym in Navlakha; Cosmos The Gym, Tarun's Gym and Jeet Fitness Studio in Sudama Nagar; G.S Gym and Rama Fitness in Scheme No. 51; Maxx Fit and the Gold's club in Bhanwar Kuwa; plus single listings in Sangam Nagar, Anjani Nagar, Indra Puri Colony, Rambali Nagar and Shree Nagar Extension. None of those listings shows the gym's own monthly fee.

UrbanPro's Indore gym category, which mixes trainers and gyms, adds Transform Gym in Palsikar Colony and on AB Road, Barbarian Power Gym in Vijay Nagar and The WillPower Fitness Hub in Rajendra Nagar, again without membership prices. So if you're searching gym fees in Indore for a specific colony, the honest answer is that you'll get the number only by walking in. Use Numbeo's ₹1,000–5,000 band and the ₹1,180-a-month Gold's Bhawarkuan price as your yardsticks when you do.

• Below ₹1,000 a month: possible at a small colony gym, but nothing published confirms a figure, and Numbeo's lowest Indore entry is ₹1,000.
• ₹1,000–2,500 a month: where Numbeo's ₹2,321 average and the Bhawarkuan chain price both sit.
• Above ₹2,500 a month: Numbeo entries go up to ₹5,000; this is where you should expect air-conditioning, more racks and classes included, and should ask exactly what's in the fee.

FITPASS in Indore: when a multi-gym pass is worth it

FITPASS's Indore page showed two plans in October 2026: FITPASS 180 at ₹1,750 a month and FITPASS 360 at ₹2,083 a month. It says the pass covers hundreds of gyms and studios across the city but doesn't give an Indore count, and it lists partner areas alphabetically from Abhinandan Nagar Road and Agra Bombay Road onwards. Check the billing term at checkout, because a price shown per month can be charged for several months at once.

Over a year, FITPASS 180 comes to ₹21,000 and FITPASS 360 to ₹24,996, against ₹14,175 for Gold's Bhawarkuan. A pass earns its premium only if your week moves around: an office in Vijay Nagar and a home off the Agra Bombay Road, or a job that takes you between Rau and the old city. If you'll train at one place, one membership is cheaper.

Government and stadium gyms in Indore

Indore's best-known public sports ground, Nehru Stadium, is owned and run by the Indore Municipal Corporation and holds 25,000 people. It was built in 1964, and in July 2023 plans were announced to replace it with a sports complex costing about ₹300 crore because of its condition. We found no published gym membership fee for it, or for any Indore Municipal Corporation facility, in October 2026.

Madhya Pradesh's Directorate of Sports and Youth Welfare does publish a fee for gym training under its Pay & Play scheme: ₹1,000 at the current rate and ₹1,200 at the new rate, the same for under-18s and adults. The page doesn't say which venues or cities the scheme covers, and its booking details refer to Bhopal's TT Nagar Stadium. If you want a government gym in Indore, ask the district sports office whether Pay & Play runs at a local venue before you count on that price.

Before you pay an Indore gym: what to ask

   Get the all-in total

   Gold's Bhawarkuan adds a ₹1,000 enrolment fee and 5% GST to its ₹12,500 base. Ask every Indore gym whether its quote includes both, or you'll compare a pre-tax price with an all-in one.

   Ask for the monthly and quarterly rate too

   Annual plans look cheap per month but are money gone if you stop in March. A slightly higher monthly fee is cheaper than an unused year.

   Visit at the hour you'll train

   A Vijay Nagar gym at 7 PM after office and the same gym at 6 AM are different places. Count the free benches and racks at your real time.

   Check Sundays and festival weeks

   Neither Gold's Indore page lists Sunday hours. Ask about Sundays and about closures around Diwali and Rangpanchami, when a lot of Indore's routines slip.

   Ask about freezes

   If you travel or go home for weddings, find out whether the membership can be paused and for how long, and get the rule in writing.
