Gym fees in Agra: what is and isn't published

Search for gym fees in Agra and you'll find plenty of listings and very few prices. We checked every source we could open in October 2026: the chains' own sites, multi-gym passes and the larger listings platforms. Agra's gyms almost all quote at the counter, so this guide sets out what is on record, says plainly what isn't, and gives you a way to judge whatever number you're offered.

That leaves FITPASS as the only Agra-specific gym price you can see before you walk in. It isn't a single gym's fee, and many people will still pay less at a small local gym month by month. But it's a useful ceiling for an ordinary gym: if a local gym quotes much more than ₹1,750 a month, it should offer something the pass gyms don't. It's also worth asking whether the gym you're visiting takes FITPASS itself: if it does, you can set its counter price directly against the pass price for the same floor.

FITPASS in Agra: where the partner gyms are

FITPASS's Agra page lists partner gyms by locality, and the first 18 on its gym list cluster in a few parts of the city. Kamla Nagar has the most, with Lohamandi and Khandari next. If you live near one of these clusters, a pass lets you try several gyms before settling; if you live in Tajganj or Shamsabad Road, check the app for anything close before buying.

Individual pass gyms set their own hours and facilities, so check the studio page before you rely on one. Fitness Escalation Club in Nirbhay Nagar, for example, lists 6 AM to 10 PM for gym workouts but only 6 AM to noon for its strength-training sessions, with air conditioning, lockers, a water cooler, Wi-Fi and certified trainers. FITPASS 360, at ₹2,083 a month, adds nutritionist support to the basic plan.

A yardstick from Lucknow and Kanpur's Gold's Gym prices

Agra has no branded gym price to compare against, but Gold's Gym publishes full annual bills for its branches in Lucknow and Kanpur. The table shows the lowest and the highest of those totals. These are not Agra prices. They are the nearest published evidence of what a well-known gym brand charges in the state, and a reasonable check on an Agra gym quoting a 'branded' rate:

Put together with the FITPASS figures, these give an Agra member a practical frame. A full-service, air-conditioned gym asking ₹17,000–25,000 a year, all in, is in line with what branded gyms publish in the state. A quote well above ₹25,000 a year for a single gym should come with clear extras, such as a pool, coached classes or very long opening hours. A small gym asking under ₹1,000 a month isn't suspicious; it just needs a visit to check the kit and the cooling.

Gym in Agra with fees for female members

Google's suggestions show people in Agra searching for a gym with fees for female members. We didn't find any Agra gym publishing a separate women's fee or ladies' batch price in October 2026. If a gym runs a women's batch, the only way to learn the terms is to ask: which hours, whether the fee is the same, and whether a woman trainer is on the floor during those hours. Agra's summer heat and the gym you'll keep using

Agra's climate shapes the choice more than most cities'. The mean daily maximum is 38.4 °C in April, 41.9 °C in May and 41.1 °C in June, according to India Meteorological Department normals for 1991–2020, and the city hit 48.6 °C on 28 May 2024. January nights average 7.4 °C. Air conditioning isn't a luxury in an Agra gym from April to June; it's the difference between a gym you use and one you pay for.

Free public options are thin. K. D. Paliwal Park, also known as Hewitt Park, covers about 70 acres in central Agra with a lake and boating, and its Wikipedia entry mentions no open-air gym. We found no published list of outdoor gym equipment from the municipal corporation or the development authority, and no published public gym fee at any state sports facility in Agra. A clubhouse gym in your housing society, included in maintenance, is often the best free option, so ask before paying anyone.

Annual, quarterly or a pass in Agra: doing the sums

Because so few Agra gyms publish prices, the FITPASS figure is useful as a benchmark for any long plan you're offered. Twelve months of FITPASS 180 costs ₹21,000 and can be stopped at any point. So an Agra gym's annual plan only saves you money if its full total is clearly below ₹21,000, and only if you'll still be going in June.

The ₹20,000 quote in the table is an illustration, not a published Agra price. The lesson holds for any figure: in a city where three months of the year average over 38 °C in the afternoon, the plan you can pause or stop is often worth a slightly higher monthly rate until the habit is proven. GST, enrolment and extras on an Agra gym bill

• GST is 5%. The GST Council cut the rate for gyms and fitness centres from 18% with input tax credit to 5% without it from 22 September 2025, PTI reported. An Agra gym charging 18% owes you an explanation.
• Enrolment fees. Gold's charges a one-time ₹1,000 at its Lucknow and Kanpur branches. Ask any Agra gym whether it has an enrolment fee, get it as a separate line on the quote, and ask whether it's waived on a longer plan.
