Personal Trainer Fees in Nagpur (2026): Gym, Home and Online Rates Compared

What a personal trainer costs in Nagpur, in one table

Nobody publishes an official rate for personal trainer fees in Nagpur. What exists are the rates trainers set for themselves on marketplaces, a couple of averages those marketplaces calculate, and the plans of the one national chain with a Nagpur gym. We checked each of them in October 2026 and put the useful numbers side by side:

Read the first two rows as guide prices, not as quotes. The two UrbanPro categories overlap, and many Nagpur trainers appear in both, so the honest summary is this: most of the city's independent trainers ask somewhere between ₹500 and ₹1,000 an hour, and a large share sit right at ₹500.

Why UrbanPro shows two averages for Nagpur

UrbanPro files Nagpur fitness trainers under two headings. The personal trainer category, last updated 18 October 2026, had 145 listings and a stated average of ₹750 an hour. The gym category, last updated 17 October 2026, had 42 listings and a stated average of ₹650. The fee guide on the first page says ₹500–1,000 an hour for one-to-one, home and online training, and ₹400–800 for group sessions. The second page's guide is a notch lower: ₹500–800 for one-to-one and ₹400–640 for group.

Neither average is the price the trainers on the first page actually listed. Of the 25 personal trainers shown, 23 had set an hourly rate, and those 23 averaged about ₹617, with a median of exactly ₹500. Seven of them charged ₹500 on the dot. A few trainers at ₹1,000 and above pull the average up, which is why a quote of ₹500–600 in Nagpur is ordinary, not a bargain.

Three details in that spread are worth knowing before you negotiate. Experience and price don't line up. The cheapest Nagpur listing, ₹250 in Trimurti Nagar, came from a trainer with one year behind them, but a Jaripatka trainer with 11 years listed ₹300, while a Ring Road trainer with three years asked ₹1,200. The same locality can carry very different prices. Narendra Nagar had one trainer at ₹300 with 13 years and another at ₹1,000 with 10 years. Mankapur is the tightest cluster. Four trainers there listed ₹500, ₹500, ₹500 and ₹550, so if you're in north Nagpur, that's the going rate to measure a quote against.

The top of the page was a Ram Nagar trainer with 12 years listing ₹1,499 an hour. Twelve sessions at that rate cost ₹17,988, more than double the twelve-session cost of a ₹700 trainer. Whether that's worth paying depends on what the trainer does differently, which is a question you can ask directly.

Personal gym trainer in Nagpur: hiring one for the gym you already use

A personal gym trainer in Nagpur usually means one of two people: a trainer employed by your gym, who is paid on top of your membership, or an independent trainer who meets you at your gym. The second only works if the gym allows outside trainers, and many neighbourhood gyms in Nagpur don't, so ask the front desk before you hire anyone.

UrbanPro's Nagpur gym listings give a feel for the price. Only five of the 25 trainers shown named a rate: ₹300 in Ganesh Peth, ₹400 in Ayodhya Nagar, ₹500 and ₹800 in Dighori, and ₹700 in Shivaji Nagar. The same page also lists gyms that take personal training clients, including Rooftop Fitness Club in Dharampeth, Face Figure in Laxmi Nagar, Nujster Fitness Studios in Pratap Nagar and a Fitness club gym in Ambazari. None of them showed a price, which is normal: gyms in Nagpur quote personal training at the desk, usually as a monthly package.

• Ask for the per-session price. A ₹6,000 package is reasonable for 12 sessions and expensive for eight. Divide before you compare.
• Ask who the trainer is. A package sold at the desk may be delivered by whoever is on shift that day. If continuity matters to you, ask for a named trainer.

Chain gym trainers in Nagpur: cult.fit Dharampeth

Nagpur's best-known chain gym is cult.fit's centre on West High Court Road in Dharampeth, which The Hitavada reported as the brand's first in the city when it opened in December 2021. Its centre page, checked in October 2026, lists membership plans from one month to 24 months but no separate price for personal training. What it does publish is that plans of three months and longer come with a Kickstart pack, which includes two one-to-one trainer sessions.

Two free sessions are an introduction, not a coaching plan. If you want a trainer with you three times a week at a chain gym, you'll be quoted a package at the centre. magicpin's May 2026 guide to personal trainer costs puts cult.fit personal training at ₹15,000–25,000 a month in Delhi and Mumbai and Anytime Fitness at ₹12,000–20,000. It gives no Nagpur figure, so treat those numbers as a ceiling for comparison, not as the Dharampeth price.

Home personal trainer in Nagpur: the price and the practicalities

UrbanPro's fee guide for Nagpur puts a trainer at home at the same ₹500–1,000 an hour as one-to-one training anywhere else, or ₹6,000–12,000 for 12 visits. In practice, a home trainer's price depends on how far they travel. A trainer based in Mankapur will happily come to Gittikhadan or Jaripatka, but may add a charge, or refuse, for a 6 AM slot in Besa or Manewada.

Nagpur's summer shapes the timetable too. Most home trainers fill the early-morning and late-evening slots first, because nobody wants to ride across the city on a two-wheeler in a May afternoon. If you can only train at midday or at an unusual hour, expect fewer trainers to say yes, and ask whether a missed or moved session is charged.

A home trainer usually brings little or no equipment, so check what the price includes. If you have no dumbbells, the first few weeks will be bodyweight work whoever you hire, and that's fine for a beginner.
