What Faridabad's personal trainers charge an hour
Faridabad's trainers mostly price themselves in two steps: ₹500 an hour, or ₹1,000 and a little above. We read the Faridabad section of UrbanPro on 28 October 2026. It said 160 trainers and gyms were listed for the city, of which the first page showed 25 cards. Nine of those were individual trainers who had typed in an hourly price. The table puts them in order, with the bill for 12 sessions, which is three a week for four weeks.
| Where the trainer works | Hourly rate | Experience stated | 12 sessions at that rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sector 16 | ₹199 | 14 years | ₹2,388 |
| Sector 76 | ₹500 | 10 years | ₹6,000 |
| Old Faridabad | ₹500 | 3 years | ₹6,000 |
| Sector 48 | ₹500 | 3 years | ₹6,000 |
| Sector 29 | ₹500 | 3 years | ₹6,000 |
| Sector 23 | ₹1,000 | 4 years | ₹12,000 |
| Sector 21D | ₹1,000 | 8 years | ₹12,000 |
| Sector 31 | ₹1,000 | 10 years | ₹12,000 |
| NIT | ₹1,200 | 10 years | ₹14,400 |
Across those nine, the middle value (the median) is ₹500 and the average is about ₹711, pulled up by the four trainers at ₹1,000 or more. Leave out the ₹199 outlier and the average rises to about ₹775. The other 16 cards on the page gave no price: seven were individual trainers, including profiles in Sectors 7, 15, 16A and 22, and nine were gyms or studios such as Fitness Anthem's three listings (Faridabad City, Jawahar Colony and the New Industrial Township) and The Royal Fitness Club in NIT. A missing price usually means the trainer quotes after a call, so treat those profiles as unknown, not cheap.
Experience does not line up neatly with price in Faridabad. The trainer in Sector 16 states 14 years and asks ₹199, while a Sector 23 trainer with four years asks ₹1,000. The ₹199 figure sits far below anything else on the page, so ask what it covers before you count on it: a single trial hour, a group slot and a full one-to-one session are very different things.
UrbanPro's Faridabad average, and why it is only a rough guide
Above its Faridabad listings, UrbanPro prints a summary: an average of ₹650 an hour, a free demo class, and classes online or offline. It breaks that down by format as follows.
| Format | Per hour | For 12 classes a month |
|---|---|---|
| One-to-one | ₹500–800 | ₹6,000–9,600 |
| Group | ₹400–640 | ₹4,800–7,680 |
| Trainer at your home | ₹500–800 | ₹6,000–9,600 |
| Online | ₹500–800 | ₹6,000–9,600 |
The same ₹650 average and the same bands appear, word for word, on UrbanPro's pages for Ghaziabad and Meerut, so they read as a platform-wide default rather than a measurement of Faridabad. The individual Faridabad profiles are the better evidence, and they say two things the bands hide: a large group of trainers sits at the bottom of the band, and a smaller group charges above its top.
Trainers inside Faridabad's chain gyms
Faridabad has few chain gyms, which shapes what personal training there costs. Gold's Gym's branch locator lists five gyms in Noida and two in Greater Noida but only one in Faridabad, in the HUDA market in Sector 14, and that branch page shows a single annual membership at ₹40,000. It publishes no personal training price, no monthly plan and no enrolment fee, and it asks buyers to contact the branch for details.
For a sense of what chain-gym personal training costs elsewhere in the region, magicpin's national guide (updated 8 May 2026) puts Gold's Gym personal training in Delhi at ₹1,500–2,500 a session, and personal training at Gold's Gym across Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore at ₹18,000–30,000 a month. It gives Anytime Fitness at ₹12,000–20,000 a month. These are a secondary source's figures for other cities, not Faridabad branch prices, so use them only to judge whether a quote at the Sector 14 desk is in the expected range.
Anytime Fitness is arriving in Faridabad. Its Sector 12 club was marked "coming soon" and "gearing up for our pre-sale" when we opened its page in October 2026, with no membership or training prices yet. UrbanPro separately lists an Anytime Fitness centre in Sector 16, also without a price.
A home-visit trainer in Faridabad: what the hour usually covers
Home training in Faridabad is priced like gym-floor training on UrbanPro: the same ₹500–800 band, and several of the priced trainers in the table offer both. The city's spread matters more than the rate. Faridabad runs a long way along Mathura Road, from Old Faridabad and the NIT blocks to Ballabgarh and the newer sectors in the 70s and 80s, so a trainer based in Sector 76 and a client in Sector 7 are not a short hop apart. Before you agree a fee, settle these points:
- Session length. UrbanPro prices are per hour. Ask whether the hour starts at the door or when you start moving.
- Travel. Ask whether the rate changes if you live on the other side of the city from the trainer's base sector.
- Equipment. Many home trainers bring bands or a mat. Ask what they bring, since a society gym or a pair of dumbbells changes what the plan can include.
- Missed sessions. Agree how much notice cancels a session without paying for it, and whether the trainer's own cancellations are made up.
- Payment period. Pay monthly. A trainer's rate in a busy season can change, and a short commitment protects you.
Online personal training for Faridabad, at our prices
MakeMyFitness coaches people in Faridabad by live video only. We have no centre in the city and no trainer visits homes. You train at your own gym, in a society gym or in your living room, and a certified coach watches every rep on Google Meet and corrects you as you go. These are our prices, the same in every city:
| Program | One session | 4-week plan (12 sessions) | Per session on the plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Personal Gym Training1:1, 45 minutes | ₹799 | ₹7,070 | about ₹589 |
| Personal Home Training1:1, 45 minutes | ₹899 | ₹8,080 | about ₹673 |

| Group ClassesPer person, small group | ₹499 | ₹4,040 | about ₹337 |
How this compares in Faridabad depends on which local trainer you would otherwise hire. Against the ₹500 trainers, an in-person hour is cheaper: ₹6,000 for 12 sessions against ₹7,070 for our 12-session Personal Gym Training in Faridabad plan. Against the ₹1,000–1,200 tier in Sectors 21D, 23 and 31 and NIT, our plan costs less than ₹12,000–14,400. Our sessions are 45 minutes rather than an hour, slots run 6 AM to 8 PM every day, and you can move a session with notice.
What you get for the price is the coach, not the commute. Our lead coach, Kumar Abhishek, holds a Diploma in Personal Training and is a Human Performance Nutritionist, both from K11 School of Fitness Sciences. If you would rather train at home without hiring someone to come over, Personal Home Training in Faridabad is ₹899 a session or ₹8,080 for 12.

Our Group Classes for Faridabad are ₹499 a class or ₹4,040 for 12, run live in a small group with the coach watching each person. If cost is the main thing stopping you from having a coach at all, this is the cheapest way in.

Before you pay a trainer in Faridabad
- 1
Get the rate in writing
Ask for the per-session price, the session length and what happens to sessions you miss, in a message you can refer back to.
- 2
Take the free demo
UrbanPro says a free demo class is available for Faridabad listings. Use it to see whether the trainer watches your form or just counts reps.
- 3
Ask about qualifications
A recognised certificate in personal training is a fair thing to ask for. Our guide on how to choose a personal trainer lists what to check.
- 4
Start with one month
Pay for four weeks, then decide. A good trainer does not need a six-month lock-in to keep you.
