Personal Trainer Fees in Ghaziabad (2026): Vaishali, Kavi Nagar, Indirapuram and Online Coaching

Personal trainer rates across Ghaziabad's localities

Ghaziabad's trainers do not share one going rate. The city splits across the Hindon river into the older side (Kavi Nagar, Raj Nagar, Sanjay Nagar, Govindpuram, Vijay Nagar) and the trans-Hindon townships that grew towards Delhi (Vaishali, Indirapuram, Vasundhara, Sahibabad), and trainers on both sides price across a wide range. UrbanPro said on 28 October 2026 that 227 trainers were listed for Ghaziabad. The first page showed 25 profiles, and ten of them named an hourly price.

Sorted, the ten prices are ₹250, ₹267, ₹500, ₹500, ₹600, ₹800, ₹1,000, ₹1,000, ₹1,250 and ₹1,800. The median is ₹700 and the average about ₹797. Vaishali shows the whole spread in one neighbourhood: two trainers at ₹500 and one at ₹1,800, a gap of more than three times for the same hour. Seniority explains part of it (the ₹1,800 trainer states ten years), but not all: the ₹250 trainer in Govindpuram states eight.

Indirapuram, the largest of the trans-Hindon townships, had three trainer profiles on that first page and none of them showed a price. The same was true in Raj Nagar Extension, Vasundhara, Lohia Nagar, Shalimar Garden and Loni. In those areas you will get a quote only after a call, so use the table above as the range to expect.

The unpriced profiles are not the beginners. The longest experience on the page, 15 years, belongs to a trainer in Defence Colony, Shalimar Garden Extension II, and a Banjara Chowk trainer states ten; neither lists a fee. Other unpriced trainers work from Tila Mod, Sahibabad and Lohia Nagar. Expect experienced Ghaziabad trainers who quote by phone to sit nearer the ₹1,000–1,800 end than the ₹500 end, and ask before you assume.

What a month with a Ghaziabad trainer costs

Most people book two or three sessions a week. Here is what that comes to in Ghaziabad at four points in the range above, set against our own plans.

UrbanPro's own Ghaziabad summary gives a neater picture: an average of ₹650 an hour, one-to-one training at ₹500–800, and ₹6,000–9,600 for 12 classes. That summary is printed identically for Faridabad and Meerut, so it is the platform's standard band rather than a reading of Ghaziabad. Six of the ten priced Ghaziabad trainers fall outside it, two below and four above.

Gym trainers at Gold's Gym and cult in Ghaziabad

Ghaziabad has several chain gyms, which gives you a second route to a trainer. Gold's Gym lists three branches: Indirapuram (₹16,797 a year), Raj Nagar Extension (₹15,949 a year) and Vaishali (₹29,992 a year). None of the three branch pages publishes a personal training price. cult's Ghaziabad page lists four centres: Cult Sanjay Nagar, Cult Neo Gym on Ambedkar Road, Cult RDC and Motto Fitness, again with no training price for the city.

For a benchmark, magicpin's national guide (updated 8 May 2026) puts personal training at Gold's Gym in Delhi at ₹1,500–2,500 a session and at cult in Delhi and Mumbai at ₹15,000–25,000 a month. Those are a secondary source's figures for other cities, not Ghaziabad branch prices. cult's PRO membership page, viewed with Bangalore selected, includes a free "Kickstart" pack of two one-to-one trainer sessions with plans of three months or longer, which is a cheap way to try a chain trainer before buying a package.

Gold's Gym membership plus a trainer: the Ghaziabad total

If you want a trainer at a gym, you pay twice: once for the membership and once for the coaching. Gold's Gym's Indirapuram and Raj Nagar Extension pages itemise the full annual bill, including a ₹1,000 enrolment fee and 5% GST, which makes the Ghaziabad arithmetic unusually easy.

A personal trainer at home in Indirapuram, Vaishali or Raj Nagar

Much of Ghaziabad lives in large gated societies, especially in Indirapuram, Vaishali and Raj Nagar Extension, and many have a clubhouse gym. A trainer who comes to your society usually charges the same hourly rate as at a gym: UrbanPro's Ghaziabad band for home training is ₹500–800 an hour, or ₹6,000–9,600 for 12 sessions. What changes is the logistics:

• Gate entry. Ask your society's rules for regular visitors and whether the trainer needs a pass for the clubhouse gym.
• Clubhouse hours. Society gyms often have fixed hours. Make sure your trainer's free slots match them.
• Rate for travel. A trainer based in Vaishali may quote differently for Raj Nagar Extension. Ask once, in writing.
• Group discounts. Two neighbours training together can split one trainer. UrbanPro's group band is ₹400–640 an hour per person.
