Atlanta is a city of long drives, 90°F summers and apartment towers with a gym on the amenity floor. MakeMyFitness skips the extra drive: a certified coach joins you on a live video call for 45 minutes of one-on-one training in your Midtown apartment, your Decatur garage or the Crunch on your membership card, watching every rep. Our coaches are based in India, so Atlanta sessions run early mornings and late evenings, from $25 a session.

Why Atlanta trains online
Most of Atlanta already sits in traffic on I-75, I-85 or I-285 to get to work. A video session cuts the trip to the trainer: open the laptop in Brookhaven or Grant Park and your coach is there.
Midtown and Buckhead high-rises tend to come with a fitness room on the amenity deck that nobody plans around. Set your phone on the bench and your coach builds every set from the dumbbells and cable machine that are actually there.
NOAA's 1991–2020 normals give Atlanta's airport 47 days a year at 90°F (32°C) or hotter. On a July afternoon when the BeltLine is too sticky to run, your session happens indoors with the air conditioning on.
NOAA's 1991–2020 normals for Hartsfield-Jackson put July at 90.1°F (32°C) by day and 71.8°F (22°C) at night, and January at 54.0°F (12°C) by day and 35.6°F (2°C) at night. Atlanta gets 50.4 inches (1,281 mm) of rain a year and just 2.2 inches of snow, but one icy morning shuts the roads. A session on video carries on either way.

Questions people in Atlanta ask before their first session.
Typical Atlanta rates run $50 to $80 a session, and Buckhead trainers charge $75 to $125, by StartCosts' estimate updated October 2026. You usually pay gym dues too: Crunch Perimeter's cheapest plan was $9.99 a month on an annual commitment in October 2026. MakeMyFitness offers live 45-minute online personal training sessions in Atlanta from $25, with a certified coach correcting your form on video.
Yes. All it takes is a phone or tablet you can prop up and floor space about the size of a yoga mat. Your coach plans around your kit, whether that's two dumbbells in a Midtown studio or a full rack in a Smyrna garage, and swaps jumps for quiet moves when there's a neighbor below. Tower gyms on an amenity floor work just as well.
Sessions run 7:30 PM to 9:30 AM Eastern time in winter and 8:30 PM to 10:30 AM in summer, because our coaches are based in India. Slots that work all year are 5 to 9:30 AM and 8:30 PM to midnight. Most Atlanta clients pick 6 AM, before the drive in, or 9 PM, after the kids are in bed.
Often, yes, by afternoon. NOAA's normals give Atlanta 47 days a year at 90°F (32°C) or above, with July highs averaging 90.1°F. Run the BeltLine early or move indoors. A live session at home or in your building's gym keeps your three workouts a week going through June, July and August.
Our coaches are based in India. Lead coach Kumar Abhishek holds a Diploma in Personal Training and a Human Performance Nutritionist qualification, both from K11 School of Fitness Sciences, plus TRX Suspension Training. He doesn't hold a US certificate such as NASM or ACE, and we'd rather tell you that up front than have you find out later.
Yes. Plans are billed in dollars and US cards work; book with the form here or message us on WhatsApp. Personal Gym Training is $25 a session or $223 for 12 sessions over four weeks. Give 24 hours' notice and any session moves, so a work trip through Hartsfield-Jackson or an ice day costs you nothing.
