Workshops

Workplace wellness workshops, live online, for teams in the US

A 45 to 60-minute live session for a whole team, with practical things to do that day and time for questions. Good for a wellness week, a team meeting slot or the start of a fitness program.

Practical, not a lecture

Every workshop includes movements people do on the spot, and a short routine they can repeat at their desk.

Any team size

Workshops are talks with demonstrations, so they work for a whole department on one call.

Fitness, not medicine

Topics stay within what a fitness coach does well. Pain, illness and medication questions go to a doctor or physio.

Quoted per workshop

Priced by length, audience size and whether you want a series. Tell us what you have in mind.

Workshop topics

Each can stand alone or open a run of team classes.

  • Desk posture and movement breaks: how to set up a workstation, and a five-minute routine for between meetings.
  • Strength training basics: why it matters at every age, and how to start safely at home or in a gym.
  • Moving more on busy days: steps, stairs and ten-minute workouts that add up.
  • Eating for energy at work: protein, snacks and meals around a working day, practical and not a diet plan.
  • Sleep, stress and exercise: what regular movement does for both, and a routine for the end of the day.

What we need from you

A date, a time within the coaching hours, a rough audience size and a video link (or we send ours). If you are running a wellness week, tell us the theme and we fit the workshop to it.

Workplace wellness workshops: your questions

Straight answers before you commit.

  • Yes, for your team's internal use, if you tell us in advance. Live classes are not recorded, because the point of them is the coach watching.
