Personal Gym Training
Your coach on the phone at the club you're paying for anyway, whether that's Crunch on Washington Avenue or the weights room of a Brickell tower.
From $25 / session
Coached at 5:30 AM, before the heat and the I-95 crawl.
Miami trains early because by midday the air is too thick to move in. At that hour, MakeMyFitness gets you a certified coach over live video: a 45-minute one-to-one workout in your Brickell condo, the amenity gym downstairs or the Crunch you already belong to, with each rep watched and fixed in real time. The coaches work from India, which puts Miami sessions at dawn and late at night, starting at $25.

Why Miami trains online
Miami International's normals put August highs at 90.7°F (33°C) with lows still near 78°F. Indoors, with the AC running, three workouts a week survive from May to October.
Towers in Brickell, Edgewater and Downtown come with a fitness room nobody uses at dawn. Stand your phone by the dumbbells and every set gets planned around the weights on that rack.
June brings 10.51 inches of rain on average and hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30. When the afternoon cell rolls in or a storm keeps you home, your workout still happens on video.
NOAA's 1991–2020 normals for Miami International Airport put July and August highs at 90.6–90.7°F (32–33°C) and January at 76.2°F (24.5°C) by day, 61.0°F (16°C) at night. Most of the 67.41 inches of yearly rain falls in the rainy season, May 15 to October 15. Winter is outdoor season; summer belongs to air conditioning and early starts.

Questions people in Miami ask before their first session.
Roughly $70 to $150 for an in-person session, going by FitBudd's May 2026 table, while Trainero puts premium Miami trainers at $150 to $300-plus an hour. Membership is extra: One Crunch on South Beach was $93.50 a month in October 2026. MakeMyFitness gives Miami clients live 45-minute one-to-one coaching online from $25, with a certified coach fixing their form on camera.
It does. A phone or laptop and floor room for a yoga mat are enough. The coach works with whatever is there, whether that's two dumbbells on the balcony or the cable stack and bench in the building's fitness room. In a high-rise with thin floors, jumps become tempo squats and split squats, so the unit below hears nothing.
On Miami's Eastern clock, bookings open from 7:30 PM to 9:30 AM in winter and from 8:30 PM to 10:30 AM once the clocks spring forward. Two blocks hold all year: early, from 5 to 9:30 AM, and late, from 8:30 PM until midnight. A 5:30 AM start fits Miami summers, done before the heat builds.
That's where live video helps most. NOAA's normals put Miami's July and August highs above 90°F, and the Atlantic hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30. Your sessions happen indoors, in the air conditioning, and 24 hours' notice is enough to reschedule when a storm watch upends the week.
They work from India, and that's why Miami slots fall at dawn and late evening. Kumar Abhishek, our lead coach, studied at K11 School of Fitness Sciences, earning a Diploma in Personal Training and qualifying as a Human Performance Nutritionist, and he's certified in TRX Suspension Training. He has no American credential such as NASM or ACE.
Use the booking form here or message us on WhatsApp; American cards work, and every plan bills in dollars. Personal Gym Training costs $25 per session, or $223 for a 4-week block of 12, and Personal Home Training $28 or $255. For comparison, a dozen sessions at the bottom of FitBudd's Miami range would run $840.
