A coach on video at 5:30 AM, before Dallas hits 96°F.
Dallas averages about 106 days a year at 90°F or hotter, the city's most popular trail circles White Rock Lake for 9.33 miles, and plenty of Uptown towers have a weight room nobody coaches. MakeMyFitness puts a certified coach on a live video call with you: 45 minutes of one-on-one training in your apartment, your building gym or the Crunch you already pay for, with your form corrected rep by rep. Our coaches are based in India, so Dallas sessions run early morning and late evening, from $25.

Why Dallas trains online
NOAA's 1991–2020 normals for DFW Airport count about 20 days a year at 100°F (38°C) or hotter, almost all of them in July and August. A home session keeps the workout going on evenings when a Katy Trail run would be miserable.
Plenty of Dallas high-rises and apartment complexes come with a weight room, often a few dumbbells, a bench and a cable machine. Prop your phone on the bench and your coach builds every session around exactly that kit.
Dallas is a driving city: Central Expressway, LBJ and the Tollway are how most people get anywhere, and an in-person trainer means one more drive. A live session needs no parking lot: your coach is on screen when you open the laptop.
NOAA's 1991–2020 normals for DFW Airport put July and August highs at 95.6–95.8°F (35°C), with nights still near 76°F (24°C). January averages 56.5°F (14°C) by day and 36.1°F (2°C) at night, and about 29 mornings a year dip to freezing. May is the wettest month at 4.78 inches of rain. A session on video doesn't care about any of it.

Questions people in Dallas ask before their first session.
Dallas trainers on FindYourTrainer listed $69 to $119 a session in October 2026, and independent trainers at Paradigm's Lakewood and Highland Park gyms quote $95 to $150 an hour. MakeMyFitness offers live 45-minute online personal training sessions in Dallas from $25, with a certified coach correcting your form on video.
Yes, if your alternative is training outdoors or skipping it. DFW Airport averages 106 days a year at 90°F or above and 20 at 100°F or above, by NOAA's 1991–2020 normals. A live session happens in your air conditioning, with a coach watching every rep, so July doesn't cost you a month of training.
Sessions run 6:30 PM to 8:30 AM Central time in winter and 7:30 PM to 9:30 AM in summer, when the clocks go forward. The slots that work all year are 5 to 8:30 AM and 7:30 to 11 PM. Popular picks in Dallas are 5:30 or 6 AM, before the heat and the Tollway traffic, or 9 PM after the kids are asleep.
Our coaches are based in India, which is why Dallas sessions sit early and late. Lead coach Kumar Abhishek holds a Diploma in Personal Training and a Human Performance Nutritionist qualification, both from K11 School of Fitness Sciences, plus TRX Suspension Training. He doesn't hold a US certificate such as NASM or ACE, and we say so up front.
A phone or laptop, decent Wi-Fi and about 6 by 6 feet of floor. A pair of dumbbells or one kettlebell helps but isn't required for the first session. If your complex or tower has a gym, use it: your coach plans around whatever is on the rack, from 10 lb dumbbells to a full cable stack.
Book through the form on this page or on WhatsApp. US cards are accepted and plans are charged in dollars: Personal Gym Training is $25 a session or $223 for 12, and Personal Home Training is $28 or $255 for 12. Any session can be moved with 24 hours' notice, which helps when a work trip or an ice storm wrecks the week.
Yes. Dallas Park and Recreation runs fitness centers at 39 locations, and adult rates at the large ones were $18 a month in October 2026, and a $25-a-month Universal Fitness Pass covers every center. Set your phone where your coach can see you and Personal Gym Training runs there like at any other gym.
