A coach on your phone, from Al Nuaimiya flats to Al Zorah
Ajman is the UAE’s smallest emirate, and many of its 582,852 residents spend part of each day driving to Sharjah or Dubai. MakeMyFitness fits round that drive. A certified coach joins you on live video in your Al Nuaimiya or Al Rashidiya flat, your tower gym or a ladies’ gym in Al Jurf, and corrects each rep as you move. Slots run 4:30 AM to 6:30 PM UAE time. Personal Gym Training is AED 92 a session.

Why Ajman trains online
Plenty of Ajman households pay Ajman rents and earn Dubai or Sharjah salaries, which means a long drive at both ends of the day. An evening gym class rarely survives that. A 45-minute session at home before you leave, or straight after you get back, does.
When we checked on 28 October 2026, GymNation listed no Ajman branch (its nearest clubs are in Sharjah, at Sharjah Central Mall, Mega Mall and City Centre Al Zahia) and Gold’s Gym UAE named none in Ajman. Ajman’s gyms are mostly independent and ladies-only clubs. Your living room needs no membership.
Ajman has no climate station of its own on the WMO service. The two nearest, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, both average highs of 40°C or more in July and August by the National Center of Meteorology’s long-term figures. Indoor coached strength work keeps going regardless.
No WMO climate record exists for Ajman itself, so look either side of it. Dubai’s station averages 40.6°C in July and 24.0°C in January; Ras Al Khaimah’s averages 42.7°C and 24.8°C. Both see almost no rain from May to October, and most of their roughly 94–133 mm a year falls between December and March. Run the Al Safia Park loop or the beach path from November to March, and keep two coached sessions a week indoors from May to October.

Questions people in Ajman ask before their first session.
No marketplace publishes an Ajman-only rate, so the nearest honest benchmark is Dubai: ServiceMarket puts home sessions there at AED 250–450 and gym sessions at AED 200–600 (updated April 2026). Ajman residents can book MakeMyFitness, which runs live 45-minute online coaching from AED 92 a session, with a certified coach watching every rep through your phone camera.
Yes. A space about 2 metres by 2 metres, enough to lie down with your arms out, is all a session needs. Your coach plans bodyweight, band and dumbbell work round it, and the phone sits 2–3 metres away so your whole body is in view. Many one-bedroom flats in Al Nuaimiya or Al Rashidiya have that much floor between the sofa and the balcony door.
Booking opens at 4:30 AM and the last slot ends at 6:30 PM, UAE time, on every day of the week. The UAE keeps the same clocks all year, so those hours never shift. Commuters to Dubai or Sharjah tend to take 5–6 AM; parents often pick 3–5 PM after school. We stop at 6:30 PM because our coaches work from India, 1 hour 30 minutes ahead.
Your coach works from India and joins you on video. Kumar Abhishek, who leads our coaching, studied at K11 School of Fitness Sciences, where he earned a Diploma in Personal Training and qualified as a Human Performance Nutritionist. He is also certified to coach TRX Suspension Training. Ask him anything in your first session, including how he would adapt your plan for Ramadan.
Fewer than in Dubai. GymNation listed no Ajman branch on 28 October 2026; its Sharjah Central Mall club charged AED 209 a month for one gym. Ajman has several independent and ladies-only gyms in Al Rashidiya, Al Jurf, Al Rawda and Al Tallah. Property Finder estimates ladies’ gyms there at AED 300–600 a month. Personal Gym Training works at any of them.
Everything is billed in dirhams. A card from a UAE bank works, and so does one issued in another country. Send us a message on WhatsApp or fill in the form on this page, and we confirm your first slot. One session of Personal Gym Training is AED 92; a 4-week plan of 12 sessions, three a week, is AED 818.
