Why an Indian coach, when you live abroad
- The food is yours. A coach who knows what dal, roti, rice and curd do on a plate can plan protein and a sensible deficit around the meals you actually eat, including vegetarian and Jain diets. Our lead coach holds a nutrition credential alongside his personal training diploma.
- The language is yours. Sessions in English, Hindi or a mix, whichever you think in when you're tired.
- The price is in rupees. ₹899 for a live one-to-one session at home, ₹7,070 or ₹8,080 for a 4-week plan of 12, which is a fraction of local personal training in most of the countries below.
- The format travels. A phone, a mat's worth of floor and a connection. Your coach plans around a hotel room, a shared flat or the gym in your building.
Session hours in your time zone
Sessions start on the hour and half hour from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM India time, seven days a week. Here is what that window is where you live.

What people abroad usually come to us for
- Weight gained since moving. New food, long commutes, a car for everything. Fat loss coaching with Indian meals, not a Western diet sheet.
- Strength, finally. A gym in the building and no idea what to do in it. Personal gym training puts a coach on your phone on the gym floor.
- Back and hip stiffness from desk work. Mobility and flexibility first, then strength.
- Parents back home. Many clients abroad book sessions for a parent in India. Our guide to exercise for seniors at home explains what safe training looks like, and the session page works on any phone.
- A family class across countries. A live group class can have you in Dubai and your sister in Kochi on the same call.
What it costs where you are
A live one-to-one session is ₹899 at home or ₹799 at your gym; a 4-week plan of 12 is ₹8,080 or ₹7,070, about ₹673 or ₹589 a session, paid once with no subscription. Convert that to dirhams, Singapore dollars or pounds and it is usually well under a third of what a local trainer charges for an hour, for a coach who is on the call with you for the whole 45 minutes. How to compare monthly prices honestly is in our cost-per-month guide.
