What a corporate wellness program costs in India
Our published prices are the starting point, in INR. A team quote then reflects headcount, how often you train and the mix of formats. These examples use the published prices, before any team quote.
Group classes: ₹499 per person
Per person per class. A 4-week block of 12 classes is ₹4,040 per person.
One-to-one: from ₹799
₹799 a session at the employee's gym, ₹899 at home, or ₹7,070 and ₹8,080 for a 4-week plan of 12.
Workshops: quoted
Priced by length, audience and whether it's one workshop or a series.
Invoiced in INR
Monthly or per block, by payment link. No long contract.
Worked examples at published prices
Your quote may differ once we know the team; these show the scale.
- One weekly class for 15 people for 4 weeks: 15 × 4 × ₹499 = ₹29,940.
- Two classes a week for 10 people for 4 weeks: 10 × 8 × ₹499 = ₹39,920.
- A 4-week one-to-one plan for 5 employees at their gym: 5 × ₹7,070 = ₹35,350.
- A 4-week one-to-one plan for 5 employees at home: 5 × ₹8,080 = ₹40,400.
What changes a team quote
We price teams on what the program takes to run well.
- How many people and how many classes a week.
- The mix: classes only, one-to-one only, or both.
- Times: early-morning and evening slots are the most requested.
- Whether you want workshops or a monthly summary for HR.
How we set it up
From your first message to the first class usually takes a few days, depending on when your team can train. Coaching runs from 6 AM to 8 PM India time, every day.
- Tell us about your team with the form on this page: how many people, where they work and what you want from the program.
- We call you to agree the format, the days and times, and how many people we can take on, before you commit to anything.
- Start with one team for a month. Calendar invites go out with one video link, and nobody installs anything.
- Each month we send a short summary of sessions held and attendance, and agree what to change for the next one.

Corporate pricing: your questions
Straight answers before you commit.
No fixed minimum. Most companies start with one team for a month, then decide. We agree numbers we can coach well before you commit.
That can be arranged: the company pays part of a one-to-one plan and the employee pays the rest. We agree the split with you before anyone starts.
Sessions are led by our lead coach, Kumar Abhishek, who holds a Diploma in Personal Training and is a certified Human Performance Nutritionist, both from K11 School of Fitness Sciences. Coaching is live on video from India, from 6 AM to 8 PM India time, every day.
Attendance and session counts, so you can see the program is used. Health answers, injuries and anything an employee tells the coach stay between them and the coach unless the employee chooses to share them.
We invoice the company in INR for each month or block of sessions agreed, and send a secure payment link. There is no long contract: you agree a month or a block of sessions at a time.
