Personal Trainer Cost in Fujairah, 2026: What Local Gyms Charge and the Nearest Published Rates

Is there a going rate for a personal trainer in Fujairah?

There is no published going rate for a personal trainer in Fujairah. We looked on 28 October 2026. ServiceMarket, the marketplace that prices home trainers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, has no Fujairah page. GymNation, the one big UAE chain that prints prices for every branch, lists gyms only in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and Sharjah. Gold’s Gym lists a club in Madhab but shows no prices. That leaves three kinds of figure you can actually check, and this guide sets them out with their sources.

• A local package price. Power Gym in Qidfa advertised one month of membership with a personal trainer for AED 499, in Property Finder’s guide to Fujairah gyms dated 10 February 2025. It is the only Fujairah trainer price we found in print.
• The nearest published per-session rate. ServiceMarket’s Abu Dhabi guide, updated on 25 April 2026, lists a home general-fitness session at AED 269 and a pairs session at AED 349. Its Dubai guide, updated the same day, gives AED 250–450 for home sessions and AED 200–600 for one-to-one training.
• Our own price. MakeMyFitness Personal Gym Training is AED 92 for a live 45-minute session, and Personal Home Training is AED 104.

Treat the Abu Dhabi and Dubai rates as a ceiling, not a Fujairah quote. A freelance trainer based on the east coast may charge less. One who drives over the mountains from Dubai to coach you will charge for the time on the road, and ServiceMarket’s Dubai guide notes that some home trainers already add a travel or setup fee for distance.

Which gyms in Fujairah have trainers, and what do they show?

Fujairah’s gyms are mostly independents spread along Hamad Bin Abdulla Road, in Al Ittihad and in Qidfa, plus one Gold’s Gym in Madhab. Property Finder’s February 2025 guide lists five of them with their hours and facilities. Only one shows a price.

Ask Power Gym how many coached sessions the AED 499 month includes before you compare it with anything else. A month of membership with “a personal trainer” can mean three sessions a week, one, or a programme written on day one. The listing doesn’t say, and the answer changes the value completely.

How much is a gym membership in Fujairah?

A gym membership in Fujairah costs roughly AED 150–300 a month at a basic local gym and AED 300–500 at a premium club, according to the Cities Insider guide to fitness in Fujairah. That guide is undated and gives estimates, not a gym’s own price list, so use it to judge whether a quote is reasonable rather than as a fixed price. It puts ladies-only gyms at AED 200–400 a month.

None of the six gyms in the table above prints a membership price on the pages we checked, and Gold’s Gym’s UAE membership page lists its three tiers without dirham figures. Fitness First UAE’s membership page shows four tiers, Home, Platinum, Titanium and All Access, and no prices; it doesn’t list a Fujairah club on that page either. In practice, you will get a Fujairah price by visiting or phoning.

Many people in Fujairah skip the membership altogether. A tower in Al Faseel or a compound near the port may have a small residents’ gym, and a villa in Mirbah or Dibba may have a garage with room for a bench. With a coach planning the sessions, a pair of adjustable dumbbells and a mat cover a full programme.

Can women find a female-friendly trainer in Fujairah?

Women in Fujairah have one dedicated ladies’ gym in Property Finder’s list: Fitnest Ladies Gym on the third floor of the HSBC Building in Al Mahattah. It runs Pilates, yoga and Zumba classes, and offers personalised coaching. It opens 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Thursday and 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturday, and closes on Fridays. Cities Insider’s estimate for a ladies-only membership in Fujairah is AED 200–400 a month.

Outside Fujairah City the choice drops sharply. If you live in Dibba, Masafi or Al Bidyah, a women-only gym can be a long drive. A live session at home removes the drive and the changing room. You choose where the camera points and who else is in the room.

What does a month of personal training cost in Fujairah, all in?

A month of three coached sessions a week costs a Fujairah resident somewhere between AED 468 and AED 3,228, depending on the option. The table adds membership where it is part of the deal, and uses only the prices above.

What does rehab after an injury cost in Fujairah?

A physiotherapy session in Fujairah costs about AED 180–500, according to the Zavis healthcare directory, which lists 13 physiotherapy providers in the emirate. Zavis says its range is indicative, not taken from a clinic’s price list. Start there if you are injured: a physiotherapist diagnoses and treats.

It is coached exercise, not treatment: rebuilding strength around a knee after a wadi fall, or a back that stiffens on the drive to Dubai. It costs AED 150 a session, or AED 1,403 for 12, and the coach follows the limits your clinician set.

Is online personal training worth it in Fujairah?

Online personal training is worth it in Fujairah if you live far from a gym with trainers, work shifts, or want coaching without paying a Gulf-coast rate. MakeMyFitness sessions are live video calls, not recorded workouts. Your coach watches through your phone, corrects your form rep by rep, and adapts the plan to the kit in your room.

Each one-to-one session lasts 45 minutes, and the 4-week plan is 12 sessions, three a week. You can book from 4:30 AM to 6:30 PM UAE time, every day of the year; the window closes in the early evening because our coaches are based in India, 90 minutes ahead. For a Fujairah day that means 5 AM before a port shift, mid-morning after a night shift, or 3–5 PM once the children are home. Give 24 hours’ notice and a session moves when your roster does.

Be clear about the limit. A coach on a screen can’t spot a heavy bench press or hand you a lighter dumbbell. If you want someone in the room for maximal lifts, a gym trainer is the better choice for those sessions.

What should you ask a Fujairah trainer before paying?

   A “month with a trainer” is only comparable once you know the number of one-to-one sessions. Divide the price by that number to get a per-session rate.

   If you leave the UAE in July or August, ask whether unused sessions roll over or expire.

   Ask for the travel fee in writing. ServiceMarket’s Dubai guide notes that some home trainers add one for distance.

   Ask where they trained and in what. A good trainer answers directly and won’t mind you checking.

   ServiceMarket’s Abu Dhabi pairs rate is AED 349 against AED 269 for one person, AED 174.50 each. A friend or colleague with the same goal cuts the cost.

Which kind of personal training suits you in Fujairah?

• A trainer at Power Gym, Gold’s Gym Madhab or Uform suits you if you live in Fujairah City, lift heavy and want a spotter, or want hands-on cues as a complete beginner. Ask for the package price first.
• A visiting home trainer suits a villa household that will only train when someone rings the bell. Budget for a rate near the Abu Dhabi AED 269 benchmark plus any travel fee.
• Fitnest Ladies Gym suits women in Fujairah City who want a women-only floor and classes, Saturday to Thursday.
• MakeMyFitness suits you if you live in Dibba, Al Aqah, Masafi or anywhere without a nearby trainer, work rotating shifts, or want a coach for AED 92 a session between 4:30 AM and 6:30 PM. We aren’t the right choice if you need a spotter for heavy lifts or can only train late in the evening.
