A coach on your screen, from Al Jimi villas to Zakher majlis rooms
MakeMyFitness puts a certified coach on a live video call with you anywhere in Al Ain: the majlis of a villa in Al Towayya, a spare room in Falaj Hazza or the floor of GymNation at Makani Al Ain Mall. The coach watches each rep and talks you through your technique while you move. Booking runs from 4:30 AM to 6:30 PM UAE time all year, early enough to finish before the inland heat. Why Al Ain trains online
NOAA’s 1991–2020 normals for Al Ain International Airport give an average July high of 44.9°C, and every month from May to September averages 42°C or more. Rain is scarce at 62 mm a year. An air-conditioned room and a coach on video keep three sessions a week going through all of it.
Al Ain caps new buildings at seven floors, so most families live in villas and low-rise blocks rather than towers with a residents’ gym. A majlis, a courtyard or a guest room with two metres of clear floor is all Personal Home Training needs.
Federal government staff work 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM from Monday to Thursday and 7:30 AM to noon on Friday, and Abu Dhabi’s government keeps a similar week across the emirate, Al Ain included. Weekday afternoons and Friday after prayers both sit inside our booking hours.
By NOAA’s 1991–2020 normals for Al Ain International Airport, the average high is 24.7°C in January and 44.9°C in July, and nights stay above 28°C from June to August. January nights fall to 12.8°C. The whole year brings about 62 mm of rain. From November to March, walk the oasis paths or ride out to Green Mubazzarah at first light. From April to October, move your strength sessions indoors.

Questions people in Al Ain ask before their first session.
Expect AED 150–300 a session at an Al Ain gym, the range GymNation gives on its Al Ain personal training page, checked in October 2026. Salonist’s Al Ain listings say sessions start from about AED 100. MakeMyFitness coaches Al Ain clients live on video at AED 92 for a 45-minute session, or AED 818 for 12, and the coach sees every rep and corrects it as you go.
Our booking calendar for Al Ain opens at 4:30 AM and closes at 6:30 PM Gulf Standard Time, seven days a week. The UAE keeps one time all year with no daylight saving, so the hours you book in January are the hours you book in July. In summer, 5–6 AM beats the heat; 4–6 PM suits a weekday after work.
Our coaches work from India, which runs 1 hour 30 minutes ahead of Al Ain, and that is why bookings close at 6:30 PM UAE time. Kumar Abhishek, who leads the coaching team, completed a Diploma in Personal Training and the Human Performance Nutritionist course at K11 School of Fitness Sciences, and he is certified to teach TRX Suspension Training.
Yes. Most Al Ain homes are villas, and a majlis or guest room with about 2 by 2 metres of clear floor is enough. Your coach builds a full session from bodyweight, a sturdy chair, a backpack loaded with books and, if you have them, a pair of dumbbells. Personal Home Training costs AED 104 a session, or AED 935 for 12.
Many Al Ain women prefer to train at home, and a session in your own room means nobody else is present but you and the coach on screen. If you want a ladies-only gym floor instead, GymNation at Makani Al Ain Mall has a separate ladies facility with its own entrance. Group Classes at AED 58 per person work for sisters training together.
You pay in UAE dirhams. A card from a UAE bank works, and so does a card issued abroad. Send a message on WhatsApp or fill in the form on this page, pick a program, and you get the plan’s total before you pay: AED 818 for 12 Personal Gym Training sessions, three a week. Any session can be moved with 24 hours’ notice.
